Face time
With the advent of technology, we are constantly looking at our screens. Even when we’re playing video games together, we are looking at our own screens. I find myself actually looking at Angel’s face less and less.
One day, we decided to ditch our screens and take a stroll to one of our favorite hangouts - Mangosteen.
While walking there, with no devices to distract us, we did nothing but talk, a lot. We talked more than we did in the past few weeks. We also looked at each other a lot
To top it off, and then the amazing sunset came. We couldn’t help ourselves but took a lot of photos, of the sunset, and of us.
It was a simple, beautiful day.
Big girl
It didn’t really hit me until today. At the swimming pool, Angel was nicely told by the lifeguard that the kid slide is meant for small children and that she’s too tall to be using it.
Awww, my girl has truly grown up.
