Being herself
We haven't been here for a long time, she used to do the same thing when she was a toddler.

Came home today, Angel ran to me and hugged me. Apparently she had just cried a moment ago, telling me that popo forced her to do homework.
A few seconds later, she started to chuckle because I asked her to let go of me and she wouldn't. She hung on to me laughing for a full minute, and then she went back happily to finish her homework.
I need to learn from this girl.
One of my favorite things to do these days is to go out with Angel. It used to be "I bring her out", now it's more like "we go out together". We talk about anything and everything. From a daughter that I take care of, Angel has become my friend, my little best friend.
I remember the first time I said that to Angel, she was only 2 years old. She couldn't speak a word and she could barely understand me. So along with hand gesture, I told her to wait on the baby chair while I ordered food at McDonald's.
I was worried that she might cry or try to climb off the chair, but she didn't. From afar I saw her kept looking at my direction, probably wondering when I would be back.
At 6 years old now, she still does that :) She put 100% trust on me, that's why I don't like to play pranks on her. And I always, always return to her as soon as possible.
